The memberships renew if the subscriber has not cancelled 24 hours prior to expiration. Membership can be cancelled at any time via the customer support links on the support pages.

User names and passwords must not be distributed to others. This will result in immediate termination of service.

The material on the Service is for the private, non-commercial enjoyment of Subscribers only. Any other use is prohibited and will lead to immediate cancellation without refund.

Members will be limited to 20 GB a day of downloaded content.

Members caught sharing files (movies, pictures, etc.) with others, will be immediately canceled. Absolutely no refund will be given for the unused portion of your membership.

Usage of a proxy or VPN to access our network is strictly prohibited.
